ECigarette Vaping and Weight Loss
A funny thing happened when I switched from tobacco cigarettes to e-cigarettes. First, I discovered vaping was really satisfying and I stopped smoking tobacco. That was mind-blowing; but to my surprise I also lost weight, in fact, it was the first time I ever lost weight while trying to quit smoking.
I have all those yummy e-liquids flavors to blame for my fortuitous predicament. Strange, but I don’t miss a thing and I’m expanding my horizons rather than my waistline. There’s nothing quite like vaping cheesecake instead of eating it.
While many “stick” style ecigarettes (those that look like cigarettes) do have dessert and fruit flavored cartridges, your flavor choices are limited. You can really experiment when you get a tank system and explore the many hundreds of flavors available. E-liquids are offered by independent eliquid manufacturers as well as ecig companies such as Apollo E-Cigarettes.
Apollo’s Gingerbread (available all year long) gives me my comfort food fix without my having to feel guilty buying cookies from the bakery and Mt. Baker Vapor’s Solar Flare breaks up the sweetness with a lovely tangerine mint.
After attending a vaping convention and hungrily gathering up scores of free samples, I now enjoy mixing new and exciting combinations of ejuice.
I do recommend sample size e-liquids and most of the best e-liquid companies offer that option along with the usual choices of nicotine level and PG to VG ratio.
Firebrand’s Elvis is so rich, I have to enjoy this peanut butter banana flavored e-liquid with a nice cup of green tea. It’s a powerful afternoon pick me up and sure beats a candy bar from the vending machine.
I still find it amazing that vaping dessert and fruit flavored ecigarettes helped me to lose weight while satisfying my sweet tooth.
